Dr. Celia M. Lastic is an author, educator, health care leader, and founder committed to culturally responsive caregiving, leadership, and service. Through writing, teaching, speaking, and collaborative initiatives, she seeks to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through thoughtful leadership and compassionate service. Originally from Dominica, and shaped by her father’s Saint Lucian and French heritage, she brings a Caribbean-informed perspective to her work. She is the founder of Touie Care Strategies LLC, where she advances caregiver education and support for older adults and their families.
